Our twenty injection molding presses range in size from 10 to 1000 tons, producing part weights of 1 grams to 10 pounds. Auxiliary equipment includes automatic loading systems, dryers, temperature controllers, granulators and robotic sprue pickers. Our employees receive extensive on-the-job training and tuition reimbursement. We promote from within maintaining an experienced, knowledgeable staff over multiple shifts and provide Just-in-Time inventory management. We also insert mold and over mold! We are experts in take-over tooling, satisfying 48 hour production requirements

C-Plastics can produce a wide variety of small, large, or complex products to tight tolerances. Production runs from 10 pieces to over 7,000,000 pieces.
INSERT MOLDING AND ASSEMBLIES
C-Plastics produces many items that require insert molding and assembly in a variety of sizes.
MATERIALS
Extensive experience with TPU, Polycarbonates, Acetal, ABS, glass and mineral filled nylons, acrylic, polypropylene, polystyrene, and many more thermoplastic engineering grade resins.
