| C-Plastics is a full service supplier with a highly skilled staff and modern plant facility. We incorporate state of the art molding machines ranging from 10 to 1000 tons, and process resins such as TPU, ABS, acetal, nylon, polypropylene, polystyrene, polycarbonate, acrylic and many others. We are experts in color matching and take-over tooling often providing 48 hour turnaround for production requirements. Mold design and build are available with CAD capabilities from both on-shore and off-shore sources. We can provide a diverse complex product and can meet the most demanding manufacturing challenges of tight tolerances, insert molding and assembly.
CPI offers value added options such as annealing, ultra-sonic welding, insert molding, mold decorating, over-molding, hot stamping, painting, plating on plastic, pad printing and machining. We continuously upgrade secondary operations related to the plastic industry.
